What are your hours of operation?
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm.
After hour and weekend appointments are available.
Deliveries can be scheduled 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, customers may view samples of linens, sizes of tables, styles of chairs, china patterns, chafer designs and much, much more
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, Visa , Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Event orders for colored linens and popular items should be placed at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Walk ins are welcome.
Do you charge a damage waiver?
We do not charge a damage waiver, but all renters are responsible for any damage that occurs to equipment.
Can you assist me with my order? “I am not sure what I need.”
Yes, Chaps Party Rentals takes great pride in guidance of preparation of what is needed for your special event. You may go to our “Party Planning” section to begin and give us a call with any questions you may have.
What should I do if I need assistance or have a problem after hours?
Call the office number and someone is “On Call” for assistance.
Can you set up a tent on cement?
Yes, additional fees may be charged.
Do you provide canned heat with chafers?
Yes we can for an additional fee.
Is propane provided with the heater?
Yes, a 5 gallon tank is provided and will last for 3 – 4 hours.
Can I pick up equipment?
Yes, you may pick up and return equipment to our office. A proper sized vehicle is needed. A security deposit will be required.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do deliver. Delivery fees apply.
Do I clean china, silverware and glassware?
China, silverware and glassware must be rinsed and free of food and beverage.
